Hold on my friend. Have you been to Houston? This is by no means a complete representation of all riders. I'm sure there are a couple of squids in Arizona that like to show off, stunt and simply act a stupid also. Personally I'm a rider and can't stand to go some place just to talk about and look at each others bikes, but I'd rather they be in a parking lot looking and talking instead of putting everyone else in danger.

Actually at least around here the CBR 929,954 etc is the "stunt bike" of choice for the crazies

And yea we are going to get generalized into one lump, it really kinda sucks but all it takes is one idiot to make 10 of us goodguys look bad.

 

The public sees these squids on the tube and that's all they remember when they see responsible riders on the street. It's pathetic.

it's good to see these comments from other bikers that dislike this crap for a change. it wasn't long ago it seemed everytime i clicked on a topic like this, most of the replies layed the blame everywhere except where it belonged - clearly on the ones doing the antics on public roads. do it in a private closed off course and I'm the first to enjoy watching it .. but this stuff has got to go. ahh to be young and stupid again. lol

 

you know it. road racing is a lot more fun this hanging out at sonics to get some crappy burger, the same old **** night after night... That gets dull and boring after a while. One reason why I stopped going to 'hang out' places around Raleigh. That and cops are total dicks about people loitering.
