no, just the opposite, the art would be in what occurs while he's still alive--but past the point of rescue. A true artist would carefully choose the length of time for the whole 'production' and the tape would last just long enough to really catch all the eye-popping stuff (good pun!) before he dies and then just hangs motionless--no longer an artist...
