A few new pics
I had posted these in the ROTM thread, but figured what they heck I'll post them here too.... just took these two weeks ago. A buddy of mine that does some freelance photography (he rides too) has a super pimp digital SLR camera, so we went out to a spot of my choice to take some pics. I'm gonna be sending some pictures and a letter into Honda pretty soon, so I wanted to get some good ones. These are kinda small cuz they're scaled down alot... the full res versions are about 40MB each pic[:-] But this is what we got
He had wanted to try a few [low speed] action shots too cuz he's never done them before
Me and the beast...
Getting closer everyday

RE: A few new pics
awesome pics, i especially like the one infront of the field. i took a photography class in highschool and one of the things they teach you is "lines of interest", so looking at that pic you start at the bike and you're eyes are pulled up into the field and to the back of the pic.......very cool pic. bike looks emaculate too, very mint! and wow thats some high mileage, haha. you've been having some fun on it im sure. mines begining to rack up aswell. im wanting to get some low speed action shots aswell.

Thanks for the compliments!! Glad you like. Jaynd, that's one of my favorite pics too! My buddy does pretty good work... I've seen his portfolio for his photography and it's quite impressive! I've gotta have him teach me a few things, or take a class... I love photography stuff too.

RE: A few new pics
i took a highschool photography class and you learn the basics. i took it as a "easy pass" for 12th grade, lol. but it turned out pretty interesting and now i have this addiction w/ taking pics. i like being able to capture stuff w/ great angles/backgrounds and so on. one thing to always look at is the lines of interest. just look at the pic and see where you're eyes are drawn. cant stare at it though, gotta kinda look away then look at the pic and see where you're eyes are immidately drawn, lol. like when i took those sunset pics i had to erase a few. they didnt turn out good b/c the pier behind the bike was what caught you're eye. you'd look at my bike first then you're eyes where drawn to the pier.
but yeah, look into a class. its pretty fun/interesting!
