the only reason,i was told by vw engineering,that thiscar can't go faster is that they,(bugatti-vw)cant find
a tire that will hold up!!-this includes acceleration and top speed
****disclaimer****again this is what i was told,i will tell you that is one f**king awesome engine!!

you're absolutely right outsider, it's actually limited to 253 mph because the tires would literally fly off above 270. It's capable of going faster by way of horsepower.

i cant say that i am right or wrong that is what i was told!!!-the tires would come apart under
heavy acceleration as well as high speeds!!!this was straight from engineering-about a year ago!!
remember it when i was at audi/vw training-vw/audi double v enginesare awesome,but murder to

You missed the point. It's a SUPERCAR. The point of a supercar is to be the fastest in the world. They're not supposed to be practical, or pretty, or cheap, or a bargain. The main point of the car was to be the world's fastest production car, and they succeeded. If you have the money to buy one, trust me, you're not going to be thinking "what supercar gives me the most bang for the buck". You'll buy it for the sole reason that it's the fastest car in the world. That's why.

Plus, all I have to do is cash in a portion of my "two cents" and I can buy a dozen!
