Default Daytime pics of my new ride

I didn't get a chance to clean it up for the pics because my husband wanted to take it to work to show it to his friends. "ok, ok, you can ride it 1 more time. geeze"

Pretty bike

couple of things:

a) are you planning on putting/painting decals on it aka "CBR600 F3". different color scheme? any mod ideas?
b) is that an extended swingarm? maybe its the old f3 tail but it looks extended

I do plan on painting it, and yes, I want to add f3 decals

Yes. It is an extended swingarm, I told my husband he could have it though because I have the better bike.

I am. I am giving it to my husband. I am not a fan of the extended swingarms. Should be gone in a day or so.

Thumbs up

Good choice...long swing arms will make tires feel square! tougher to corner & less responsive. You would not want that....being your first bike.

When you do the swap, get a chain guard back on,as well. Keeps the bike cleaner, besides the safety
offered to you and a passenger.

i use chain wax (instead of pjs), without a chain guard, and i can say my bike stays almost spotless, so i would say clean wise, its up to the chain oil you use.

i dont use the chain guard, however for awhile i used the rear wheel hugger, and it was nice. i ended up working on the bike so much it got in my way, and now i dont use it.
