i didnt say you did. can you not read. its an ls1 in the civic so if your going to compare it against a vette, atleast compare it to one with the same motor.[sm=chairshot.gif]

I would say if you did repeated races between a stock C6 Z06 and this Corvette Civic, the Civic will win. Just because one guy pulled of a high 10 and was a descendant of Jesus Christdoesn't mean he will do it everytime. I've seen more 11 sec runs with a Z06 than I have in the 10's. All the major mags i.e. Car & Driver, Road & Track, etc. all got 11's out of it. Hell, who knows that the Civic couldn't hit 10's with more runs?

Granted not everyone, if anyone else outside of ranger has run 10's in the stock Z06...but its not luck, it's simply what the car is capable of under the right conditions. It's a 10 second car with or without Car & Driver or anyone else accepting those times or not. It's been proven, a car is just a car without a driver, and even with a mediocre driver its still a car performing at the drivers best ability...
