Default Cager vs Biker

YouTube - Motorcycle Show-off Clocked by SUV

Who's fault is it? god I want to say the cager but that biker shouldn't have done a fking stoppie with a car on his *** right after a blind corner. however, the cager pulled a damn hit and run so i'm all for pitchforks and torches.

The biker is at fault.

The cager should get in trouble for a hit and run.

yeah that is probably the bikers fault.. to bad the only evidence they have of the hit and run is the video that shows the biker goofing off.. i cant believe he would just take off like that though.. that would make me so mad

The stunter is at fault, but I'd bet the law would (and should) come down hard on both of them.

I agree. I think you supposed to stop especially if someone went down on the ground

yeah im not sure how the rules would apply here. The person behind is always at fault technically but in this case itd probably be the biker for wreckless driving or endangerment or something like that that would put the blame on him for being a jack@ss and doing that right after a turn with a car 2 feet behind him. but theeennnnn once the driver takes off theyre gonna get in trouble no matter what for leaving the scene of an accident. So yeah they both should get effed. I dunno how you can hit a biker and leave them like that. Imagine if there was no one else around and they hit the guy a lot harder and injured him and just left him in the road

Biker is at fault imo... Stunting around a blind corner is just insane... but im pretty sure once you run from the scene you take on all fault regardless so the SUV would be put at fault

you guys are crazy!!!!

everyone knows the biker is gonna be at fault. Its always the bikers fault remember? even if he was riding normal and safe, the cop would still ticket the biker.

Tell that to the insurance company. If you EVER hit anyone in the rear, it is always your fault 100% of the time, no matter what. You should have your vehicle under control at all times, if it is a blind bend, you slow down. Who is to say that biker didn't crash around the bend and was laying on the road unconscious?

Sure, stunting on a blind bend is retarded, but when all is said and done, biker wins this case.
