First, those are Police Explorers...look to be teenagers notice>(Explorer Uniform, and RedHandle ((Fake)) Guns)
Second, they are in a 350z
Third, any cop that goes through that kind of chase...if the rider stopped he would rip the guy off the bike, not let him get off
Fourth, bad camerawork by their friend
