I agree with you. I am so bloody sick and tired of everyone saying "take it to the track" and so forth. How does a burn out hurt someone? Whether the burnout is at the track or at the street makes no difference. It's not like you're murdering anyone. People saying sh*t like this is the main reason why I rarely post and I rarely visit this site. Aren't we all here to support each other? If doing a burnout concerns you then you damn well better sell your bike and stay at home to read the Goddamn bible or something. I'm sick of these bloody saints in this forum saying "take it to the track" or "don't do wheelies" or "don't speed excessively". If any of the above offends you, then you better sell your CBR and purchase a bicycle.
FYI, usually when most people say "take it to the track", 99% they arent saying, "take it to the track" and do a burnout, or whatever the manuever maybe. Usually they say it in regaurds to taking to to the track and showing skill, atleast thats the impression I am under........

Any hoot. I personally dont have a problem with burnouts [as long as its not somewhere stupid like in the middle of the road during Spring Break or a a traffic light]. What I have is a problem with the cleanup, cause that SUCKS!!!!!!!

I thought it looked fun, that's the only good side to punchured tires.

I would have still worn my gear though. Would suck if the front brake let go and *poof* your head's in that wall.

Sweet vid though.

Now a squid thing to do if you did a burnout at an intersection with traffic... If you have a sense or a clue to look at the video, you'd realize that he's doing a burnout on his driveway... Not even on public road.

haha ooooopssss :P well slap me in the *** and call me a squid.

People on internet forums need to learn and realize that the term squid doesn't apply to EVERYTHING about a motorcycle when fun is involved... I remember when squid was just associated to not wearing gear, then all the ******** started to associate it with everything about a motorcycle...
nope no matter what you say a jackass who burns out a brand new tire wearing no gear is indeed a squid and he deserves to be made fun of for is lack of intellect and faux confidence

So you have to wear full gear just to do a burnout in your driveway nowadays? Geez that must mean that when you actuallydo rideyour bike you should be wearing armour plating and a parachute just incase.

And btw is you read the post you would have seen that his tire was ****ed and no good to him anyway.

I personally have had bad luck (blow-out) with plugged tires.... I wouldn't.

Dude don't pay attention to this BS. Just ride like you got a brain. You can burn-out in your own drive way all day long......but I wanna see it pop.

I hear people saying "take it to the track" for everything from excessive speed to burnouts and even changing gears at redline. I think the term has been abused too much, but I don't care to hear it from people when the fun is absolutely harmless.

I don't care what anyone does just as long as they're responsible enough to deal with anything that happens as a result of what they're doing. A burnout in someone's driveway isn't going to kill anyone. Maybe ruin a tire, but that's it.

Let me guess, you're some sort of safety freak that you'd walk around with a condom on your d*ck all day long just in case you might so happen to get laid that day? Damn. Perhaps you lost the string to those **** beads 'cause you're acting like an a**hole.

The fun may be immature, non-productive and may not require any real intelligence, but I'd rather have fun doing a burnout on my bike than playing with **** beads. You talk confidence? How confident can you be if you got something stuck up your a**hole and you can't pull it out?
