What was that guy thinkin toward the end? Looks like he took his hands off the grips like he was expecting to bail.

 

Correct me if i'm wrong but I think He lost the grip due to hitting the wall.
I think when he hit the wall maybe the momentum sent his hands of the bike.
since he was ducked in the bike at 170 mph if you lift up just a bit wind can push you away.

 

Nah man he wasn't going 170 when he hit the wall. He was trying "to cut" that last corner when he crashed. I've must have seen the clip of that man hitting that wall over and over and always thought "that's got to be the one of the worst ways to die". What a lucky **** a bruised lung.

 

That looked pretty horrible. But what kind of nickname is "Milky". The newspaper he's reading says "Milky vows to retire".
