got it delt with they are cutting me deals on parts and replacement equipment seeing how they say they cant warrenty it. but otherwise i am up and riding again. thanks for info and support from all.

Still doesnt sound like it was properly dealt with (i.e. you pay nothing), but i guess as long as you are happy with whatever they are cutting you.
