i went down 1 in front and up2 in rear. basically i feel that i took the performance that the bike has and put it in a useable range

I couldnt see the link, mabey cause i am at work.

did you go with alum. in therearor steel?

520?

I put -1 in the front a month ago and barly noticed it, I probably could have gone plus +2 in the rear on top of that but I wasn't sure how it would feel and i didnt want to over do it.

no i have to admit i stayed 530. reason= i already gave up strength by going aluminum.

the -1 +2 simply took everything over 115-120mph and puts it in a usable band. i'm in cali and trust me you dont WANT to go over 120mph out here, freeways and roads are ****!!

Very good and helpful post . I like how clean you got the swingarm after you removed the chain what a difference Motion pro chain breaker/installer costs around 100 bucks so I might go the route you did thanks for the writeup
