Just finished reading this thread from the beginning. I have nothing of substance to say, just wanted to give you props on the job you're doing man. Outstanding. I just picked up a 93 that is overall not bad condition wise but needs to be tore down and cleaned and polished like this. I picked up a bottle of mothers and need to grab some sandpaper so I can get going like you. Keep posting, can't wait to see the final product.

Just read this whole thread. Very nice! Want to come over and do that to my bike??

As for the cap, I would black them out, especially with a pearl white paint job.

@9D3900RR - Thanks bud, good luck. Btw, the Mothers polish I used is a paste, not a spray.

@LJ....So...what does that mean? Do you have a portfolio of wings or something? I woulndt mind them looking a bit more sharp/aggressive...but not cheesey

@Vman - Thanks as well, Ive got enough bike on my hand to deal with at the moment. lol. I think I will black them out, add some contrast. Just dont want it to look cheesy

Default Working on passenger pegs

The upper one is sanded and polished, the lower is not. Looks so much more dramatic in person, but I wasnt going to dig out my photography studio lighting just to highlight this. lol.
