yeah i rode to my girlfriends house 45 mins away when it was 19 degrees out... i didn't know if i should go fast so i could get home quicker or go slow so it wasn't as cold!
Heres an idea...stay at her place....and do both

35 degrees + 2 hours + all freeway = miserable
never again

It was in the 30's...some guy at the nursing home one of my family members works at loved motorcycles, but was going to pass away soon, so, I took my bike up there so he could see it, sit on it, take pictures, etc...it was cold as hell out, but worth every minute. He's still in the nursing home but the good thing is, he's showing progress, so who knows, maybe he'll be able to ride again.

I did a2 hour ride in 35ish degree weather, which is comparatively -80 to us Texas folks. I actually stuffed the front of my jacket with news papers and sat on my lefthand just to get it out of the wind. You wouldn't believe how much the newspapers helped, btw..Great cold barrier in a pinch, my chest wasquite warm after a bit.. the rest ofmy body was pretty much numb. I was a bit irritated with myself for doing that.

12 degrees F with the windchill was the coldest for me this past winter.... 35 miles highway commuting to work (one way). I ride everyday during the winter, regardless of temp, as long as it's not snowing or ice
