well let me star off by saying that i have'nt been there since i was 8 w/my parents on their goldwings, wow that was 1978. well i just turned 38 and took the entire sat. for myself. i left at 8am rode for about 100miles and when i got there it was awsome i don't think that i have ever seen so many bikes in one place and everyone was nice i did'nt see 1 a-hole, even the cops were nice. i had a blast just cruiseing around talking w/people and the roads were awsome, nice long straight-aways, some nice and windey w/beautiful mountain views. i got to test out my helmet cam and took a little over 3 hours of video and it was a pretty good conversation piece. all in all it was between 350-400 mile trip for saturday and loved every mile. yes i will be going every year from now on. i have a 4 day trip to no where comming up in about 3 weeks, it will be interesting how far and where i will end up. i'll post that trip when it happens and hopefully take some pictures and get some good video.[8D]
