I totally did not sleep and drank coffee and watched twist of the wrist 2 last night.. I downloaded it... kinda like a cheesy ****, but nonetheless awesome! Can't wait till spring so I can watch it again and again (and apply it)... maybe some of it will seep into my thick skull.

Twist of the Wrist 2 can stand alone by itself... sorta. You don't need the first one.

But I highly recommend getting the book for part 2 to go along with the dvd.

TotW 2 DVD was pretty good. Ridiculously cheesy but it gets the point across. Haha. I really want to get the book now. I swear though, the repsol rider in the dvd has the funniest facial expressions of all time.
