What is up with MotoXoutlet?
This company sucks. I call to check on my order and the line is constantly busy. When I do get through I get put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally after getting a live person, I'm being told that the order I placed 2 DAYS AGO is in LINE to be processed and will take another 3 DAYS before it even ships. Unf*cking believable!
With all the competition this company has, I just hope they don't go outta business before I get the helmet!

That promo they are running is a good deal and so it the HJC AC-12 helmet for $179.00 that I am waiting on. However from a customer service standpoint , they suck. I buy tons of stuff online from various companies and having merchandise shipped same day or next day has been the norm for sometime.
I would have gladly paid the extra $50 and bought the helmet somewhere else had I known it was going to take a week just to process the order. It's got the feel of a couple of knucklehead's operating out of their Mom's garage.

Well, after waiting a week for the order to be processed I called and cancelled it. I'm done with MotoXoutlet.
I hung up with them, called www.newenough.com because of a recommendation I read on this forum. I ordered the helmet yesterday, it is being drop shipped direct from their supplier today and I will have it by Thursday. Man, it feels good to be treated like a customer who wants to spend some money.

I know how you feel man. I was waiting for my order to arrive but after a couple of days waiting, I called to see the status of my order and they said that the jacket that I ordered didn't have the XL size. I was like what the **** u know. I ordered the buy a jacket get a free helmet deal. And whne you were out you guys didn't call me to let me know. I was pissed. So they offer me another jacket that was XL and on the deal package. I needed so bad so I had to get them from them. So overall I wasn't really satisfied with the customer services at all.
I just bought a 2 bros exhaust from them. I ordered it on july 3rd and its finally supposed to get here on friday. The crappy thing is that they wait like 6 days to even put the order in to their supplier. It only takes 3 days top for the product to get to me. This is the last time I'll do buisness with them.
Took a long time just to get where I could post but it's worth it if it tells people to stay away from MOTOXMALL. I orderd tire kit for my 4 wheeler for a big ride this week end on sunday of last week. I didn't recieive anything from them about a tracking number. I finally called tuesday and got a person that could barely speak english. I called back and got same person. I finally got thru to her what I was looking for, gave her my order number. She said she would get back to me. never did. After a little research I find they have a store in Cal. There are three people working there. I talked to a man ( spoke a litte better english) said my order was not place because they didn't make the rim I wanted for a artic cat but they had already charged my account. I ask why I had not been informed, he couldn't answer. He wanted more money for tires/rims that would fit. I cancelled and now I am out $620.00 until dispute is settled. Bank is handling it now, BUYERS BEWARE MOTOXMALL IS A JOKE.
