You RUN 20mph??? HAHAHAHA!
I'm sure you realize that you don't run 20mph... maybe 15mph, if your very fast and running for short periods of time.

Hmm it might been a little off but I know I am up there. Adrain pederson isn't that fast and ran 18.72(rounded to 19)mph in a 40 run. NFL players are pretty quick. I shocked the crap out of the U of M basketball team after playing a fun game with them. They asked me on the side were did I get that speed. One of the coolest moments in my life.
http://www.forbes.com/2004/05/14/cx_...ing_print.html <-This discuss were people are capable of running up to 30 mph with new therapy and technology.
Also Micheal Bennett did this-
During its broadcast of last Monday's game between New Orleans and Minnesota, ESPN used some nifty optical-tracking technology to show the Saints star reached a top speed of 22 mph on one of his two punt returns for touchdowns. Thats with equipment on as well. Without equipment he would of been faster.
oh ya I wont be clogging anymore information about this. I will not continue as this was not the topic of discussion.

I always wore helmet and gloves from day 1, and now I gotten used to with boots and jacket. Other day, I was just going one block, so I went with my hoodies, I felt so wried and unprotected. Jacket.. I got used to wearing perf leather, and now I don't like the bulky feel of the textile.
Kinda feel like naked, doesn't it?
I've been riding in a helmet, gloves, steel toed winter work boots and a hoodie for the past two weeks. Haven't bought a jacket yet but once I do, either tomorrow or this weekend probably, I doubt I'll ever ride without it. I don't like riding in just a hoodie, I just think about how horrible it'd be to hit the road at 55 in just a hoodie. That and I feel like a jackass without a jacket on to anyone that goes by wearing full gear.
I've been on the bike with just the helmet a few times and it feels weird. I live in a city and the stop lights kill me (when it's really hot), even in my mesh summer jacket. Granted, it's a full black jacket.
It just feels weird, cool (as in temperature), but really weird.
My daily riding gear is my helmet (duh), leather gloves, either my normal short textile jacket or my summer mess jacket, jeans and shoes when I go to work and my boots for longer rides. The 'normal' jacket is more comfortable but it's just too warm for summer days, it's also the one I wear in the winter time with the liner (which I made into a heated vest). I have textile pants too but only wear those when it's really cold and with heavy rain.
I still need to buy the textile summer mesh pants that match my jacket for when I go touring this summer. Also on my list are some Kevlar riding jeans and riding shoes.
My two piece leather suit has been worn once... The damn this is just way too impractical for a daily rider like me so I'm going to sell it.
