Default Shoei RF-1000

Just received my new helmet and looking to get a mirrored shield for the sunny days. I guess I'm a little confused about buying another shield for it. This is directly from the ridegear.com website and I didn't find anymore information on the Shoei site. Wasn't sure if I needed order something extra like a pinlock (i have no clue what this is) thats listed in note section. Thanks for the help.

Specially designed to install on shields with built-in pins, the PINLOCKĀ® Anti-Fog Lens transforms your single shield into a dual shield that will resist any amount of fog buildup.
# With ProSealĀ®
# Airtight chamber
# Interchangeable
# Easily cleaned

NOTE: PinlockĀ® Anti-Fog Lens and CX-1/CX-1V shields with PinlockĀ® pins must be purchased separately.
# Fits: Shoei X-Eleven, RF-1000, TZ-R

To take the face shield on the RF-1000 out, you don't need any pins or anything like that. There are two spring loaded switch things on each side. You pull the switch thing down and the face shield will pop out on that side. To put the face shield in, you pull the switch down and push the side of face shield intoto slot in the side of the helmet. Release the switch and the face shield is locked into the slot.
