I'm 5'8 .. about 145lbs .. i have few buddies that already have a suit n they all wear size 40 .. im little in skinny side compare to them .. I just recently purchased a suit 40 from teknic..but manggggggggggg i was sweating ***** just trying to fit into da suit .. it is so tight ! wat do u guys think ? should i return it for 42 ?

kinda hard to tell without seeing you in it. You want it to be tight but not tight enough that you don't have full range of movement. So if its restricting how your move and perform on the bike then yes get another size.

I could fit in it .. but i cant bending a a forward just a lilttle .. thinking maybe cuz its brand new..when it breaks in..think itd be allright .. i was thinking about going to 42 but...in later on..when it does break it ..i dont want it be loose n all .. tks for input

i feel for you man - i'm 5'5, and i fluctuate between 150 and 160. if i get the large pants, the knee pads sit on my shins. if i get the mediums, they are freakin tight and cut into the back of my knees. i went with the medium pants and jacket - same thing with the jacket though - i swim in the large, and the medium almost cuts off the circulation in my arms they are so tight. maybe i should just lose weight. lol
