You may also want to check out these sites. Especially New Enough. Great service. Several great jackets on sale and closeout.

I have several Joe Rocket jackets - the CBR jacket in leather, the Race Replica in leather, and the CBR in mesh. I like all my JR stuff. I like the designs and I've had no problems with them holding up to normal wear and tear. Luckily, I've never tested them for crash protection (only my racing leathers LOL), but they have good armor.

+1 on NewEnough.com, bought lots of stuff there.

Of your two original selections, I like the Interceptor jacket better.

I would recommend leather over the textiles. Perforated. I've used perforated leathers in 100 degree weather and it was still doable. But I imagine NM might be hotter depending where you're at. If you're out for spirited riding, I say leather. But if you're out for maybe shorter rides, textile/mesh isn't too bad. +1 for Newenough

Yes that is true, and NM is hotter than heck in thee summer, but now. It is very cold! I mean cold, this hasent been seen here in ages. Liker different cities/towns are reporting record breaking "cold" tempetures. Besides that side note. I think newenough is goin to get a new customer! (:
