racing suit + cold=?

what up ppl.... i was just wondering to day does the racing suit keep u worm in the cold days???

No. Especially if, like most these days, it is perforated. I wear polypro as a first layer and windstop jersey and pants beneath my perforated one piece. Works pretty good into the 30's.

When riding aggresicely on extreme twisties, I usually need to shed the windstop stuff once the temp hits about 50ish. Your body can use up a lot of calories from tossing a bike around. That makes heat and the windstop turns into a sauna.

so it is better to have racing souit in the cold!!! bc yesterday it was 64 out side and i couldn't ride, i was frizzing...i could only dream about ridng in the 30's.... so i just might invest in the suit

most the time wearing a one or two piece suit you are wearing very thing under armor like clothing just so that the suit doesn't chaf your entire body. But like he said if its perferated you are screwed.

def. not, i had to wear three layers of shirts under my full leather suit and some thermal underware.... of course my leathers are perferated in some spots
