Question on Rocket CBR Jacket?

I need a silver and black or gunmetal and black jacket. I was thinking of one of the Joe Rocket CBR jackets; mesh, textile, or leather.
I would use it mainly in the summer sun but I live up North. I have a Tourmaster Saber 3/4 length jacket with liner for the spring and fall months.
What is the quality like on these jackets and what kinds of problems have you had? How long have they lasted?
If I should stay away because of quality or disintigration problems what jacket would you recommend for 70-95* temps?

mesh n textile are like diapers, ie one use (go down) n they done. I have 3 leather jackets. My JR is perferated n is fine at those temps unless stuck in traffic. I have a meshie, butI rarely wear it and when I do it s when I ride to class (8 miles).

I found a great deal on a joe r 3.0 Black white letters. Love it so far. See them in store for around 300 Got this for 179.00 From online super store. Check online for some deals.

I have the cbr leather jacket(blue/silver --love it)..Pretty warm when its cold out ,and a little toasty in the hotter days(mainly if you are sitting in traffic)but i deal with it .Fits great but i recommend trying one on before hand..
Quality compaired to my older cortech jacket and my icon daytona..Its hands above.

Best place as far as price was thru one of our forum vendors..carolina cycle.. they had it to me in 4 days..was under 315 shipped.The same jacket on ebay/kneedraggers/newenough is in the 350-375 range plus shipping.

I have that 3.0 leather. Im aquiring alot of bugs. What is best for cleaning and break in/softing? Jackets great.

Thanks for your kind words white99gt. I'm glad you are a satisfied customer. That's what is still most important these days. And as most of you are aware ,alot (not all) of companies have forgotten that and treat people as if all they see are dollar signs. A soft washcloth with warm water and soap will take bugs and other misc dirt off nicely. Just make sure you don't use any funky soaps with bleech or anything else wierd in it. Never know how it will react to the leather.
