Compared to my Quitos, these are much more substantial. The toe slider is replaceable. Feels like Dainese beefed up the armor in the ankles. And instead of laces under a Velcro sytap, these use a drawstring under a padded tongue. The Velcro was starting to wear on my Quitos, I've replaced the laces twice and the Velcro on the Quitos always started fraying the laces.

I love my Dainese Quitos but I have worn the sole flat. These seem like good replacements. I'll prolly keep wearing the Quitos tho as regular shoes
