Default Ladies Helmets

What is a universal size for the ladies when it comes to FF helmets? Medium or small? I've heard mixed opinions. Lookin' to buy one here soon. Thanks

Small in Arai Vector was bit loose. Suomy SM fit me perfect. I would think Small would be the common side for females

I don't think there's anything even close to a 'universal' size. Just like dresses, it depends on the brand.
FWIW I have 3 different branded helmets and they are S M and L. My husband has a small Nolan that is too small for me. Go figure.

My wife wears an XS (extra small). I guess I can never accuse her of having a big head but, anyway, don't' just get one that sort of fits. A helmet should fit the rider correctly.

Measure your head circumference and use a size chart. Even then, head shapes are different, just like helmets. Some are more oval than others, etc. Here's a motorcycle helmet shape chart for many of the models available.

If you want to order one online and can't decide on a particular size or shape Motorcycle Superstore has an excellent return policy. For around $6.50 shipping you can send back the one you don't want. They even include a link to print out a return shipping label.
