I have the regular merc jacket in black...and I love it...feels great around my arms, no collar...just an overall good fit...I would assume that the Hero is about the same but with more graphics...was actually think of getting the Hero in black myself...

just have to decide whether to get red/silver to match bike, or play it safe (thinking long term) and get black? thx for the comments.

ive just bought a merc hero myself($369) its the yellow and grey version. im overall pleased with this jackets design and fit around arms and chest. i am 6'4" and weigh 213 i however have a 34" waist so this xl jacket fits great except for the waist being overly loose and i rode for two days with this jacket and the stomach bulges out making me look like i got a 30pack in there. im going to get it tailored to fit better, hopefully this will be cost effective.

hmmm, bulges out. Thats too bad, when i tried on the M size it seemed to fit well, mind you i havent ridden w it though. L size was def too loose around chest etc, im 6' about 190, andhave a 34" waist as well, normal everyday jakets im a L or 44" as far as i know, but thx anyways for the info.

Do you do any weight training or have a naturally bigger size chest? I've been hitting the weights pretty hard and wonder if its going to effect how these jackets fit. I'm 6' 175 32-34' waist
