After I crashed, I noticed some scuffing on my faceshield, and a few new chips off the paint, in various spots. I do not remember banging my head on the pavement, and I know I did not collide with any vehicles or other hard objects--just the pavement. Some people say a helmet is only good for one crash, but I'm notsure. How do I know if my helmet is still protective?
