So I need to by myself some textile bike wear as my leathers don't keep me warm or dry in this weather. If it's waterproof and windproof is it going to keep me warm, and do I need to buy a size larger in order to fit normal wear under it or do I wear it without trousers and jackets underneath?

I ride in the cold with full perforated leather gear.

However, I change my base layers. I run a lightweight windproof barrier right under the jacket/pants, a windproof winter glove shell over my riding gloves, and then some thermal layers to keep warm. I also run a neck shell, I stay warm even in the dark on the highway...

Hi,

most textile gear comes with a removeable thermal liner so u can ride with or without.
Depending on your plans you can either wear it as trousers or over trousers. Order sizes as you would normally - if you are a 38" waist order 38".

Hope this helps

Rich
