Default Affordable leather race-style (gauntlet) gloves?

Does anyone know who makes an affordable (less than $60) race-style gauntlet glove?

It should be all leather (no mesh), and ideally with carbon fiber knuckle protectors.

There's a company on eBay that sells one (for less than $40), but from the pictures, I get the distinct feeling that it's made out of fashion leather, not protective leather.

Also, ideally the gauntlet cuff should be the stiffer kind, not the floppy kind.

Teknic lightning gloves, all leather, n one better than CF knuckles they have kevlar. Should be able to find the 05 models like mine for $65 or less, and the 07's shouldnt be much more than that, like $75 or so. I love mine, and know a guy that went down hard with his n they held up great n he still wears them.

The Chicane seems to be within my price range, although it lacks the hard finger protectors, and the knuckle protector seems to be made of molded plastic (that is impregnated with steel mesh or something)...

I ordered some MotoGP Nitrous gloves, for $71 shipped...

I just hope a Medium is big enough

They get extra points for having external finger seams

This would be worth ponying up the extra cash for. Ever get hit by a rock in the knuckle at 60 mph? It hurts even WITH good gloves. I had the Teknic $40 gloves (with kevlar/padded knucklesand gauntlet)between 1996 and 2005. In mid-2006 I got the 2007 version of Teknic's Speedstar gloves. They were $150. But they have a LOT more protection than the $40-$70 type, PLUS they vent a lot of air so your hands don't sweat as much.

I'll never go cheap again, I'm lucky all that ever happened all those years was a rock. Spend the money if you can, I know I'd miss my hands if I lost them.

The nitrous gloves were $40 under the normal price, so they're not cheap...

Its going to be really hard to get a guantlet at that price as stated.

The Scorpion Magnum Glove is nice.

I know this may be out of your price range as well, but I just ordered the alpinestar sp-1 gloves off ebay for $66 shipped... Just something to look into if your interested, from what I have heard they are suppose to be pretty decent gloves.
