Most likely getting the Icon Variant. I'm open for ideas though, any other cool looking helmets out there that I'm unaware of? 400$ is about my limit so that narrows it down a bit

 

Usually large visors dont work well on streetbikes because they really catch the wind on the highway. Nice looking helmet though.

Scorpion helmets have great reviews and are not super expensive.

I have a few friends with Variants.. They are bad *** helmets, and they like them a lot. I have heard that swapping visors isn't that easy though.

I have a Scorpion EXO1100 and I like it a lot.. You can get great deals on a few scorpion lids like the 400, 700, and 1000 on close outs. The 500 is a lot like the 1100 but a bit heavier.

 

I wanted to get a Scorpion, but there isn't any dealers near me. Snell approved for $160 is not bad at all.

 

I like the look of the variants, make sure to look at motorcycle-superstore.com they have some good deals on helmets, SNELL approved and all! I have an icon Alliance, love it minus the shield lock... so annoying and hard to get loose when riding.

 

Scorpians are well built helmets.
