1pc suit question
Alright guys I am looking to pick up a suit from work since we have a nice deal on them right now, but I wanted to ask some questions before I pay and commit to it. I am 6'1, 145 lbs so I am a tall skinny bastard so it is kind of hard for me to figure out what the right fit is for me. Here is the write up on the suit I am thinking about getting:

Teknic SPEEDSTAR 1pc suit

My concern is how tight should it be starting off. I know this is kangroo leather so it should stretch pretty well. It is just really tight in my crotch region if i try to stand and also in the top section around my shoulders. Also how much of the leg of the suit should stick into my boots. I only have a 1 1/2 inch to 2 inches sticking in my boot. It is close to the top of my boot. Let me know what you guys think. I tried a 46 on also and that was alot more comfortable but it was like a sail on me, there was all kind of room in it. Post up asap because I have to buy this in the next couple days before it gets sold.
Thanks,
Nick

I'm 6 ft, 160 and I got the teknic chicane in size 44, very snug and takes a minute to get into but that's how it should be. Fits very well. Also found AlpineStars to be good for tall skinny guys, and better quality. AGV and Rocket seem built for shorter thicker types. I would go with the tighter fit, although I don't think Kangaroo is supposed to stretch much is it? Not sure...
i got the 44, and guys the reason I got this suit is I got it for under 400 bucks. So its not like I am paying the retail price. Now if I was looking to spend that much then yes I would have a custom suit made.
It's tough because of your frame to buy any precut suit so there will be things hard to deal with such as the legs not being long enough. Seriously go custom if you can. The suit should be tight in the crotch and shoulders when standing. But the suit wasnt made to feel good when standing. Make sure you sit on a bike with the suit on. Thats where it should feel right. Check leg extensions on the bike and various tuck positions and as long as its comfortable then go for it. Nice score on the kangaroo leather that stuff is really hard to come by. The only other problem is that its not dainese. Just joshin you. Buy the suit. If it dosent work then sell it for more than you bought it for.
