and cheers for the comment on the bike, she is running like a dream, comming back we swapped bikes for a while as you do, and me cousin couldnt believe how nice a 1988 bike could be and how much grunt she had, as me ol dad used to say many a good tune played on an old fiddle

After the drenching the UK has had since the beginning of December, even 5 minutes of dry riding time is a welcome opportunity. I'm sure you and your cuz enjoyed the nice clean tarmac. All of a sudden there are lots of bikes back on the roads. He he.....

thanks henrym, i have heard about some snow, im hoping it wont happen, we went over to dorchester near oxford to a bike shop and cafe, and by 9.30am the place was packed, the sun certainly got everyone out, was a good weekend, saturday afternoon in the shed cleaning and getting the old girl ready for a bit of a thrashing
Both looking nice n shiny there, Im hoping for an early finish and some sun tomorow for a quick blat.
Ive owned a VFR and they are as special as the CBR, they feel thin and alive and as long as you ride em like two strokes they are a seriouse weapon and quite comfy to.
