As far as fuel mix, you're definately gonna be running lean with the k&n filters like that..
Upsizing your jets is probably in order here.
Are you running a fuel pump in this? I guess with 2psi, you must be...
Depenidng on where you mount the fuel tank, I guess you'd have to.
Anyway, I think todd is on the money with upgrading jets. Others have had to do the same when removing the stock box.

again, thanks to all of you on here for the help, yes fuel pump. i have another older mini that i put a puegeot engine transplant in and i use R1 bike carbs, i know these need 1.5 to 2 lbs psi to run correct so that is what i used as start point. where would you recommend to buy the bigger jets from?
