Default Shark rsr2 review

Lets start off with the deal i got, 230$ from 3D Cycles in Maine. I highly recommend them. Charged and shipped the same day, got it in one day. The helmet is the discontinued 07/08 Miguel Duhamel replica. Manufacture date of 09/07 so not bad at all for 230 beans.

Right out of the box the helmet is absolutely gorgeous, amazing finish (got the matte edition too).

Fit: Fits absolutely perfect, got a size S like my scorpion and this fits nice and snug absolutely amazing. Only CON for this is my fault not the helmets. My nose is pretty damn close to the breath guard and the helmet itself.

Liner: Again absolutely insane, made of suede/microfiber material, seems pretty close to the Alcantara on a suomy extreme. Very very soft and comfortable even with my face not shaved.

Weight: Weights a little over 3lbs, 1450grams to be exact. Sat with it on for about an hr or so and feels incredible you can really notice that extra pound saved.

Visor/Locking system: The visor is ridiculous at 3mm thick, perfect vision and nothing in the way. It is a bit difficult to lift the visor up but will try it with gloves on when i go test it out. Need to lift up a little then pull up, has no clicks it pretty much just stays where you leave it, all the way down locks TIGHT. I left the tension the way it is for now feels perfect.

Air flow: Flows absolutely beautiful and smooth. Its not a gush of wind, you can feel your head staying cool. The front vent takes care of your face, the top vent takes care of your head. If you turn your head a bit to check lanes you get a nice cooling on the sides.

Noise: Absolutely quiet below 60 or so mph, you don't hear a thing. At highway speeds i do believe that my EXO700 is quieter but not by much.

Comes with tear off, a winter guard which channels all your breath outside the helmet by way off 2 ducts in the chin area.
Here are some pics for you guys to enjoy, i will add more things in a bit.

My buddy has the RSR2. It is a FANTASTIC helmet. He stated it was the best helmet he's ever had. It was crash tested and held up well too. He said you could actually bend the visor... i wanted the RSR2 too, but the helmet I have now is just pure awesomeness (OGK FF5).
