I tried getting a price match from them today...everytime i used online chat they would close it so i finally called and they wouldn't match cause the item was on clearance. I ended up going with the original place i found the item on, which was Welcome to Perfmoto.com, and the guy i talked to "Doug" was really helpful. I bought a helmet from them and found site that had a face shield for 5 bucks less and told him so he made a promo code for me which dropped $8 bucks. Their price matching is super easy too, you just call them up and tell them the site and item and they look it up and hook you up with a promo code. I'd recommend them for sure.

Huh this is to bad. I always had great luck with motorcycle superstore but it seems as if they must of made recent cutbacks or something. I order my jets from them and it took over two weeks for them to arrive. I wasn't in a huge rush for them so I didn't really compain but they said 3-5 days when I ordered.

I am getting super frustrated with them right now.
I gave Joe another call, it's been 4 or 5 days since I left the last message for her with no call back.
So I went to try online chat, wait about 20 minutes and finally get connected. Here's how my chat went.
Yup after waiting for 20 minutes, they just open the chat, just as I am about to type my message in...they close it. What great service they have!

So, I'm done for today. Apparently they don't have supervisors on during the weekends, seems like that's when most people would be calling in to me since they're free and everything. But I guess that would make too much sense for MSS.
So, I did talk to Rihanna via chat, just a normal CS rep. She was friendly and understood my problem and said she couldn't do that much which I understood as well. But I would like to just say that she was good to talk to, unlike everybody else as MSS. She said she is going to have Jo call me on Monday. We'll see how that goes and I'll update then.

I like MSS for their very easy return policy. When I can't decide on which of two helmets, etc., to get I buy them both and return one. Cheap and easy no-hassle returns.
The only problem I've ever had with them is their "Lowest Price Guarantee - We'll match any verifiable price" that they claim on their homepage. That isn't always the case. When I was shopping for a motorcycle alarm and found one from another online retailer at a very low price MSS wouldn't match it, saying it was lower than their cost. You won't find that stipulation in their fine print. I bought it from the other store.
