Quick Question...

Is there a system that you can mount on the bike (hide it) and go to the computer to track it if someone steals it??? Cause my buddies gsx-r 600 was stolen 1 and a half weeks ago. So now im scared for my cbr. I live in Orlando FL. and the bike crime is outragious out here. I would love feedback if anyone knows of a GPS system like that.

Yes there is, do a search for "Motorcycle GPS tracking" and you will get a few different links to services for what you are looking for.

Not to jack this thread any further, but...

In response to the moto-locator: I was watching Two-Wheel Tuesday a few months ago... prior to Daytona Bike Week and they were talking about a motorcycle version of the LoJack (sp?) system that is used on cars. Might want to check that out...

Anyways, good idea about the GPS. I may have to pick one up and see how it works. I hunt a lot here in Michigan too and that would come in handy for that as well - marking good hunting spots, finding the nearest bar before I head out with my rifle, etc. It would be nice to be able to use it for all four seasons!

here`s the one I threw together with some aluminum (old speed limit sign) and it doesn`t get in the way of anything. Its not the most beautiful thing but I don`t know what I would do without it.
