I took her out on a second ride after my accident and I was making a u-turn in the service station and I dropped her
I am so used to with my cbr but I am not used to with gsxr body with bigger tank and its brake. Good news was, there were very minor damages. Stator cover got scratched little and spool tab broke except damaging my confidence big time. Well, boys and girls know I am not able to leave that as is right?
So I got used swingarm very cheap and powdercoated black, had stator cover powdercoated same gold as the rims. I had changed sprocket and chain to Driven racing one before this. Also my friend was riding it and we lost some alminium bolts, so I went all titanium on this bike. I wanted to change the rearsets, so I went with Driven D-Axis black rearset with gold.
I have major OCD problem... Bikes are black hole on the ground...

Since my official break up, the gsxr has been taken apart to ground. We did powdercoated swingarm, frame, subframe and gauge plate gross black. and I will be making the bike black and candy purple / pink.

Yes I officially broke up with my bf. And he used to ride this bike, so I am changing her into my bike.
The work done so far... Everything is off. Powdercoating of swingarm, frame, subframe and gauge plate is done. Cleaning the engine is done. Headlight harness had some splicing so I ordered good condition stock harness. Got Akrapovic shorty full exhaust to replace the old HR1 Riot muffler. I will be taking the rims, engine cover and fairings to body and fender shop to have them painted (color will be surprise for you guys), I would need to get different color titanium bolts if the gold one looks weird. changing the lever, and get it dyno tuned after. There is nothing in pic to show right now, but I will take pictures of engine and powdercoated parts in few days. Not really rushing to finish it quick so I can take time and decide what I want to do which is nice
