Never sell your VFR. The greatest all round bike ever produced, gear driven valves and Honda's best ever build quality. I have had mine since 2003 and it will be the last bike to leave the garage.

 

These have always been on my radar, I love the quirkiness of them.

 

It's been nearly one year since my last moto purchase.

Today, I bought a 04 Honda 599 for $1600, 15k mi. needs chain/sprockets/tires/front brake pads/lines:

I sold my 04 Ninja 250 to a friend for his son to start riding motorcycle, this Honda 599 will be the replacement commuter for NYC metro area.

 

Sold the BMW R1100S last year.. adding another BMW in AUG:

 

Made some late summer bike purchases.. some are winter projects to sell next riding season.
2003 BMW F650GS, 17k mi.
Needs chain/sprocket, rear brake hose or master cylinder rebuild/replacement.
A sharp object stuck in the rear tire, likely needs air/fuel filter replacement, too.
Though it does come with a set of BMW side cases. $1500 cash.



Another Beemer, $1500 cash for 2002 R1150RS with 22k mi., comes with fancy saddle.. small dent in the front wheel, needs some ABS fixing.

 

With weather turning cold, used bikes are cheap..
Picked up a nearly stock 2001 SV650S, minor body work scratches,
needs carb sync, oil/filter/coolant/brake fluid change, 17k miles.
