does anyone know the major difference between the 600 r6 and the yz 600r? i have noticed the 600r can be found cheaper.....does the performance reflect this?

 

yes those are completely diff bikes. the r6 is more sporty while the 600r is a standard bike.

 

very similar to the cbr600rr vs. f4i comparison if you are familiar with these bikes.

They don't make the YZ anymore right?

 

They make the YZF -Rs which is the R1 and R6 but they also make a more street oriented YZF 600 with no R on the end.

I almost bought the 2006 r6 yellow and black 50th Anniversary but it was to expensive. they want almost 10,000 list for a new R6. Mind you h just sold my ATV and it was a yammie abd I loved it but thats two totally different catagories.

 

You gotta be kidding right? I got my 05 R1 for that.
