just looking for some opinions....are they worth what they cost?
or would you be just as well off getting a brand new 1000rr and sinking another 15g's into it?
were talking RACE ONLY (none of these bikes are really made to ride on the street anyhow....)+
opinions?
anyone have one in their garage?
in their living room?
kicked their wife outta bed to make sure its safe?

When I'm ready a new bike, my two liter choices going to be the ducati 1098 or the 1000rr. I have an f4 now, which I'm happy with, and I really don't like the current designs of the 600rr, r6, or the r1. Which I really liked previous designs. As far as pricing the msrp of the ducati is 16K and the 1000rr is a little over between 12 - 13K. It isn't that huge of difference compared to previous ducatis, and this ducati is ready to roll. They also have the 1098s which I believe have lighter wheels but the cost jumps to 20K. For me, theunique look, theone andonlysound, and the power of the 1098 is worth the extra 3K. As far as the other two, I'm not too sure about.
