It's really not that bad. Take your time, do the speed limmit,pay attention, and gear up. I'm warm and dry when I ride, and thats half of it. Got the XT all geared out, plus they do a good job of keeping the roads clean. A few slick spots but nothing crazy. I could have road the CBR in today, just don't get stupid out there and use some common sense and you'd be OK.

 

Lol!! Nice. I try to ride at least once every month during the winter and so far December has screwed me, I will get it though. You are right, gear makes all the diff. in the world, this time of year I wear Gerbings heated gloves, Tour Master textiles and a heated vest under the jacket, it's great. Nothing like a good winter day standup on a nice straight road.
