A Flood Watch is in effect for Augusta county from 7 a.m. until Thursday evening.
VALLEY - The bulk of the precipitation will fall today as a cold rain during the afternoon hours, with temperatures falling into the upper 30's. As temperatures fall tonight, the last batch of precipitation may be in the form of sleet or snow to start the commute Friday morning. Skies clear out for the weekend.
