gotta love the abuse of power.
Come on people, use your friggin' heads. You people can't be serious...

You know what's amusing, the very same people that are always bitching about injustices are the very same who praised the Patriot Act, haha.

Fools. If you're gonna play, you gotta pay. No one rides for free.
It is a abuse of power. The dude did do ANYTHING wrong. All he did was ask a question which is perfectly LEGAL.

Even if it was, you don't resist police officers. You will always lose. Take them to court if your rights were seriously infringed upon.

Edit: why are we debating this? This is at least 2 months old now and still just as stupid.

I'm talking about them arresting him in the first place not about his resistance.

It is called trespassing. If you are asked to leave and refuse to do so you are trespassing. When the officer puts his hands on you and you pull away, no that is resist arrest. When you have 5 officers attempting to effect the arrest without hurting the bumbling idiot, then the best use of force option would be the tazer. A 5 second burst and he was cuffed. If he had been pepper sprayed it would be 45 minutes of screeming and snot everywhere and it would have looked a lot worse. The officers were doing their job.
