words about Hayden taken back.
I wrote a post a few weeks back saying how I was disapointed with Hayden this year. Still a fan, but just thinking he was loosing focus and not too happy about him sitting the last GP out.
But after they interviewed him with the confusion of the possible restart today. He got up to run to the pits as he thought they were going to go again,, well.. he didnt run.... hell. he basically hopped on one foot towards the pits. His ankle is still in really bad shape.
I take back any ill thoughts of his determination... he is still the rider I thought he was... still driven, and is going to kick azz on Ducati next year..

yeah...i am with you. its to bad the weater screwed up the race so bad though. Moto GP needed a good showing to try to boost the sport over here and all the confusion just made them look somewhat unorganized

A-****ing-men. They could start by selling to a broadcast network that, oh, I don't know, THINKS IT MIGHT BE IMPORTANT TO SHOW FINAL RACE STANDINGS. Not NBC. Hmm mmm. No, they just get upset at being rained on inside their satellite truck and stick it to Joe Moto GP fan.
It's all in the presentation. Speed does a bang-up job with F1...the production is really well done. If they want more motorcycle racing fans, American TV needs to find an announcing team that are gifted speakers, as well as having experience and enthusiasm. Ralph Sheheen must die...

The announcers at the race were terrible. I was wishing the guys from Eurosport would take over!
The wind was so bad there was no way they could have finished the race. Go figure, first GP in Indy and the first hurricane (tropical depression or w/e it was) hits at the same time (an Saturday was perfect).
