Woke up to an inch on the ground. Roads will be a sheet of ice by the time I get off work. Supposed to be back to wet and rainy by the weekend.

My sympathies to anyone north of the Mason-Dixon line, lol. Upper 70's here today, low 80's projected for the rest of this week.
Well, I'm officially north of the mason dixon and it got up to 64F today.
51F right now.

But that's gonna change real soon I'm afraid. Supposed to be 49/32 tomorrow.
I don't care, tho. I'm riding.

Right on, bro. I would too. After all, what's a little frostbite to a real sportbike enthusiast, lol?

Ha! Yeah, there were a couple mornings last year where I parked at work and had to consciously think about removing my hands from the bars. lol..
Then I got UA Coldgear and a heated jacket liner.

I'm prolly out for the winter. Rear tire is sliding for almost no reason. Was low - mid 50s on Sunday and I slipped the rear leaving the office doing a simple right hand turn at about 10 mph.

I had planned on getting new tires in the spring since the ones on her now are the originals. So they're pushing 5 years now. I just don't have confidence in the tires anymore

The weatherman proudly announced that we were waking up in the coldest place on the planet. -39C and that didn't include the wind chill factor...-49C with the wind. For those who don't know -40 is the same in either method of measurement.

At -39 the bikes are all nestled in the garage in a neat row, the coffee pot runs almost constantly, the block heater on the car gets used and the new Mac computer is getting a workout.
