i think that was a helmet to helmet hit too. i bet the league will look at that hit, and if i had to take a guess, i bet they will fine him. watching it over and over on my dvr it look like he was leading with head and ending up hitting high. i think the league looks at all those hit no matter who they are on... i think they are starting to get a lil over board on rules, but again they have to protect them too. i hope he does make a full recovery.

He lead with his shoulder while Willis tried to duck down to protect himself, imo. He will be fined anyways though.

That was a vicious hit. The defender lead with his shoulder and McGahee did try to duck his shoulder and get ready for the hit. The defender exploded up into him and bam. I believe it was a legal hit and he won't get fined. That was a good hard hitting game.

It was a bad hit but I don't think it was "illegal" or dirty in anyway. It was a real physical game from the kick-off and some times you just need to let the game play. As far as McGahee he was moving his fingers before they took him off the field so thats a good sign. I'll admit, I was scared when he went down, whenever a player stiffins up like that after a hit its not good news.

I pray everything is alright for him, and it seemed like he was going to be okay. I did not think it was an illegal hit. Its unfortunate that he had to get hurt but the league cant keep fining people for hits in such a physical sport.

Well he got K.O. you can tell by his arms when he got hit they froze up. They were still kinda stationary when he was carted off. Hopefully everything turns ok alright!
