CBRCBF - As far as I know the difference between the new and older version is that the new version comes with a Jacket for the Wii Controller.. don't know if they upgraded the cpu specs or anything like that.

He's right, I'm a store manager at a GameStop, and the Wii system likely won't be readily available until May at the earliest according to most Nintendo reps. Although you are price gouging the bundle by making people think Wii Play is hard to get at the moment also.

However, I just sold one to a fellow forum member for nothing more than the price, if anyone else wants one for $267 (249.99 plust 7% tax) + preferred shipping, I can get you one. Only a few though and one per person.

Just PM me if you really want one, but please don't be a jerk and boast that you're gonna sell it on eBay, I'll gladly help someone out by supplying a Wii for face value if you really want it.

 

Newer version comes with a Wii Remote Jacket that Nintendo offers for free on their website to help prevent broken TV's and such.
