im going with BEARS VS PATS...i think the saints are completely over-rated, i'll admit that the bears defense hasnt been playing up to par, but they've made the stops when it counted the most (just watch the bears seattle game if you dont believe me) and as far as grossman is concerned, he'll make the passes when they count the most too(again, watch the bears seattle game)...my brain says close game edged out by the bears, but my heart says HUGE win by the bears, as far as the Colts and Pats...well...you cant argue with history can you? So i guess in the end my superbowl pick is Chicago over N.E. (but thats just my biased "i live in illinois" opinion : P )

 

oh i didnt explain why bears over pats...well, last time they played, NE beat us 17-13, in a game where grossman played HORRIBLY...i'll be the first to admit he's not playing like the stud he was at the beggining of the season, but he's playing and managing the game wellenough to let our defense/running game/special teams win it for us

pssssst... I think they have to be in the playoffs to be in the SuperBowl.

 

It has to be the Colts winning this weekend. Granted this is the fourth time they have faced each other in the playoffs, but the three other times were all up north on cold and slippery fields. Payton is 8-0 at home this year, and you know that no matter what happens the crowd will be a factor for Brady because its going to be loud (like some noob harley rider w/o exhaust).

I thought u might catch it. In reality, im rootin for the Colts. Tony Dungy built up the Bucs down here and i believe that he deserves a shot and this time he will get it.

 

i was just reading on espn.com about how the saints were only penalized 3 TIMES in the philly game...3 TIMES!!!??? they also go on to write about how the NFL WANTS THE SAINTS TO WIN! i know they only wrote it to be funny...but it kinda makes you think...maybe my beloved bears wont go all the way?

The best thing to do is beg me not to root for your team. I am like the black plague of luck when it comes to teams. My wife gets pissed at me because I am always bitching and complaining that the teams I want to win ALWAYS lose. You may be in luck Catman...I'm going with the Saints .
