Mitch Hedburg is dead?!?! I didn't know that. He was one of the best one line guys that I've ever heard! Is there a link to his passing? I am in shock.

 

Yeah, sadly he died about a year or 2 ago. There was never much said publicly but his wife did several interviews and it seemed it was drug related. They originally announed his death on his website http://www.mitchhedberg.net/ but I don't know if they still have the tribute section there. Not only did he have great lines but the way he delievered them with the new orleans accent was incredibly funny.

 

Daniel Tosh is probably my favorite
Zach Galifianakis, Dane Cook, Jimmy Carr, Kevin James, Jim Gaffigan, etc are all close though

 

My favorite changes too often. Lots of good comedians out there.

Right now it's definitely Russel Peters and Owen Benjamin.

Dane Cook gets on my nerves so bad, and the worst part is that I hated people who said that 4 months ago...

Now I can't stand his act. It freakin' wears me out just listening to him.

Too many classics to mention, so I tip my hat to all of them. Bernie Mac is still hilarious, but if you get a chance to check out any of his early 90's stuff was AWESOME!!!

 

May sound stupid, but I always thought Bill Cosby was great. Nice clean fun. No cursing, nothing lewd, just funny insight on everyday life that he put a spin on to make it hillarious. Dad is great....he gives us chocolate cake............remember that one!

 

Older Dane Cook. He was pretty funny IMO. Since the newer stuff came out it seems that he is trying too hard. The girlfriend loves his new stuff and it drives me up the wall. Jim Gaffigan is priceless. He makes he laugh so hard and I know people that just don't understand and i can not get enough of that guy.

 

Carlos Mencia is mine for now. He holds nothing back and lets us all have it..... Dee-dee-dee!!!

 

mmmm ive been watchin dane cook for years, hes just as animated as he has always been i remember him when he was on those premium blend type shows, i like dane, chappelle and chris rock, damon wayans and dana carvey are funny too

 

Fyi- Carlos Mencia steals other comedian's stuff and rewords them to his own advantage. Also, he isnt even mexican, his name is Ned.

About the favorite comedian..mine would have to be older Dane Cook or Kevin James. If you really want to go back, Old Bill Cosby or George Carlin.....also not to sound like a ***, but Ellen Degeneres HBO standup is pretty good, im not ashamed to say so

I used to like Carlos Mencia when his show first came out, but now he's getting all preachy and has to "prove a political point" everytime he gets on TV - So now he's annoying to me.
