I just wanted to know what you all thought of when you think of a super hero... who is your idol? Who did you wish you were when you were a child? Why did you feel like he/she was the single greatest supreme being on this planet?

I chose the Incredible Hulk, and I thought the movie was awesome (what did you think rrasco?????) simply put because he is the strongest most powerful thing in the universe. His powers are infinite and his strength is unimaginable.

I don't know if he counts or not, but my childhood hero was Steve Austin, the Bionic Man. He could run so fast, jump really high, see far away, and hear exceptionally well. The best was the bionic sounds he would make while using his "powers". You younger folks on this forum may have never seen that show, but trust me, he was the man! Heck, they spent 6 million dollars to put him back together...and that was back in the 70's. Inflation and all things considered, that is an expensive hombre.

Superman - cuz he has it all. He can fly and doesn't need to spiderweb to get around or a bat-mobile, x-ray vision, heat vision, can blow ice cold air, bullets or bombs don't hurt him... what's there not to liek?

Most of the others have a specialized power, but unless they're pooping out Kryptonite, they still can't beat the best.
